AXTech has delivered Portable A-Frame to Farstad Shipping.

The A-frame is built as a self contained unit which can be mobilized and demobilized on the various vessels as one unit. The unit is suitable for shipping overseas by disassembling it into three separate parts.
The hydraulic pump unit is built into the foundation for easy connection to electric power supply.

The A-frame is operated by remote control and the vessels anchor handling winch is to be used as the lifting force.

This unit is suitable on five new vessels from Farstad which has same fundament footprint in deck.
