A project that shaped her career
Looking back, one project stands out above all others.
A modul handlig tower delivered in 2015 was one of the most technically demanding projects she has worked on. Together with colleagues from the Polish office, she helped develop several winches and a tower for the project.
The scale, complexity and close collaboration made it a defining experience that strengthened both her technical expertise and confidence as an engineer.
Engineering takes persistence
Over 15 years, Wioleta has learned that successful engineering isn't only about technical knowledge.
Patience, organisation and persistence are qualities she considers just as important when developing complex solutions and seeing projects through to completion.
Looking back and looking ahead
Although engineering has evolved over the years, Wioleta wouldn't change the path she chose.
If she could give one piece of advice to her younger self, it would simply be:
"Keep moving forward—you'll make it."
After 15 years at AXTech, that advice still reflects the way she approaches every new challenge.
