Our main office is based in Molde, on the northwest coast of Norway, close to the country’s large oil and gas fields, being a part of the large marine and offshore engineering cluster in the Kristiansund, Molde and Aalesund area.
 
With dedication and technical passion, the ambition is to be the preferred provider of specialized heavy lifting equipment for the marine and offshore industry.

What We Do

AXTech develops, designs, delivers, tests, commissions and carries out service on heavy lifting and material handling equipment for use in any environment, on land, offshore, in harsh and corrosive marine environments.

Our engineers have broad experience from all relevant disciplines in marine and offshore engineering.

Being a small and efficient organization, we are in a position to make fast decisions to the benefit of our clients and their projects.

We take pride in having one of the industries widest and best engineering teams, keeping the competence in-house.

Our team master: mechanics, structures, electrical, automation hydraulics, software, simulation, fabrication, analysis and service.

With a large engineering team in the back, we also provide services in any segment that can utilize our competence.

History

AXTech was established in 2004 by a team of senior engineers with vast experience in providing lifting equipment to the marines and offshore market through companies Hydralift, AKTRO, TTS and National Oilwell.

Starting out as a team of engineers in 2004, AXTech has evolved to a large engineering team with locations and subsidiaries in Norway and Poland including MRPC (Molde), AXTech Polska (Gdynia) and Clue Engineering (Kluczbork).
With this organization, AXTech is well-positioned for maintaining its status as one of the most innovative companies in its sector.

AXTech is owned by AXTech senior employees (above 80%) and private investors. We are a well-established company with strong local ownership and good international connections.
